4 WAYS TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE FLU

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends flu vaccinations for all. If you haven't gotten vaccinated this year, there's still time. For everyone, vaccinated and otherwise, here are a few things you can do to help protect yourself and others from the flu:


(1) Wash your hands with soap and warm water frequently throughout the day, sudsing up for a slow count to 20 each time

(2) If soap and water are not available, use anti-bacterial hand sanitizer

(3) Cover your mouth with your sleeve – not your hand – when you cough or sneeze

(4) Stay home if you are sick and do not return to work or school until you are feeling better and your fever has been gone for at least 24 hours
