NEW EXCITEMENT ON TELEVISION – EBOX, MUSIC, FASHION AND LIFESTYLE

The Nigerian television welcomed a new and fresh entertainment and lifestyle programme on air. A thirty minutes refreshing lifestyle and entertainment programme E-box, brings class and unique concepts to the homes of millions of Nigerians. With few editions on air, it is gradually sticking to the minds of many viewers.

E-box is coming into the television world with different ideas and concepts, away from the normal routine of music videos and events. Every edition comes with an entirely different concept, based on the theme of the episode, which gives no room to repeated stereotype line of programming.

The various segments on E-box – Close Up, Pret-a-port, E-access, E-news and Take 3, all culminating with interviews and untold stories of celebrities, fashion and lifestyle, social events, latest happenings in the entertainment industry and top three music videos for the week, this makes for a quality thirty minutes, keeping viewers at the edge of their seats. Simplicity is what E-box brings to the lifestyle and entertainment television with crisp clear video shots of interviews and events, also simple and creative graphics to go with, not just the target audience of young people but also the generality of the public.

With fresh and exciting air personalities, Banke Peps and Kiki they sure do make viewing pleasure exciting. As Nigeria’s foremost Dj has also been a guest on the close up segment, giving us a brief history of how he became Nigeria’s most sought after disc jockey, with 20 years hands on experience, the criticism, challenges and now the rewards, especially the pride in mentoring people.

On the couch of e-box, Dj Jimmy jat also speaks about setting the trend as the first Dj to release an album with multiple awards to show for it, the first DJ to own his own television show. This is not to say he didn’t work hard to earn his respect, or a few favors to people who consider him the father or trendsetter in the entertainment industry today.
